Catalyst and Redrow are working together to provide new homes and employment opportunities on 1-4 Capital Interchange way and are committed to unlocking the potential of this sustainable brownfield site.
The site is earmarked for development as part of the Great West Corridor Opportunity Area in the draft London Plan. The site is also allocated for mixed-use development in the draft Brentford East SPD (published for consultation in late 2017). It will provide 420 new homes as well as flexible commercial space and will enhance the public realm along Capital Interchange Way. It will also include a substantial proportion of on-site affordable housing, with some of these being three-bedroom properties for families.
We submitted an application at the end of October 2018.
